Daily Report - July 6, 2026

Hopefully one way I can be helpful is by sharing daily reports about my food/nutrition, exercise/training, sleep, etc. 

These will be a work in progress as I get back into my own rhythm.

Lunch (1:33 PM)

  • Seabear Smokehouse Smoked Salmon Chowder (This was from a care package from friends in the Pacific Northwest)

Dinner (6:54 PM)

  • Wonder/Yasas build-your-own bowl (Chicken Souvlaki, Za-atar Roasted Carrots, Hummus, Spicy Pepper & Feta Spread, Tzatziki, Roasted Broccoli, Pickled Red Onions, Feta Cheese Crumbles, Roasted Garlic Red Wine Vinaigrette)
  • Spindrift Grapefruit
  • Spindrift Lemon
